Getting help
Where to get help with Emoti. Start with Genie and the help center, contact the hiring company about an application, ask your workspace admin about billing, and reach Emoti through the contact page.
Genie and the help center answer most questions. About a job application, contact the company that's hiring; about billing, plans or members, ask your workspace's owner or an admin. For anything about Emoti itself, use the contact page or write to hello@emoti.ai (opens in a new tab).
Start with Genie and the help center
Ask Emoti Genie in your own words, for example "how do I pause a sequence" or "can I take the AI screen in Spanish". Genie answers from these help articles and links the ones it used, so you can read more. See Emoti Genie, the assistant.
You can also browse the help center by topic. Articles are grouped for recruiters and headhunters, for job seekers, and about Emoti itself. If a word in the app is new to you, the Glossary of Emoti terms explains it.
If you're a job seeker
For anything about your application, an AI screen, an interview or a decision, contact the company or recruiter who reached out to you. They run the hiring process and can change it. Emoti provides the software and doesn't make or change hiring decisions.
Reply to the email or message they sent, or find a contact on the company's own website. Contact them about:
- More time, a different format or another adjustment. See Asking for adjustments.
- A screen link that doesn't open, or a screen that went wrong part-way.
- Questions about your information, such as a copy, a correction or deletion. See Your data and privacy.
If you're on a hiring team
- Check Troubleshooting for common problems and their fixes.
- For billing, plans and members, ask your workspace's owner or an admin. Team shows everyone's role.
- For prices and limits, see Plans, billing and contact reveals.
- New to the app? See Finding your way around.
