Plans, billing and contact reveals
What Emoti costs, what each plan includes, what counts as a seat, the monthly limits and contact reveals, what happens when the Team trial ends, and where to change plans and find invoices.
Emoti is priced per seat. There's a free plan for one recruiter, Team is $79 and Business $139 a seat a month, and Enterprise is priced with you. Paying yearly costs 20% less. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day Team trial, and no card is needed. The pricing page compares every plan.
Prices and seats for each plan
| Plan | Per seat, billed monthly | Per seat, billed yearly | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | Free | 1 |
| Team | $79 a month | $63 a month | 1 to 25 |
| Business | $139 a month | $111 a month | 5 or more |
| Enterprise | Priced with you | Priced with you | 25 or more |
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax. The country in your billing details decides the tax. Checkout sells up to 500 seats; for more, or for Enterprise, use the contact page and choose The Enterprise plan.
What each plan includes
- Free, for one recruiter trying Emoti on a live role: sourcing with evidence for every match, interview notes, transcripts and Ask, five note templates, and 60 minutes of voice screens a month.
- Team, for a recruiting team running several roles at once: everything in Free for every open role, plus outreach sequences with personal first lines you approve, voice screens with scorecards and invites, applicant review against an ideal-candidate profile, Insights, and shared collections and note templates.
- Business, for hiring at volume: everything in Team, plus single sign-on and enforced two-step sign-in, an audit log of every AI action and approval, data retention and recording consent controls, hiring-manager seats at no charge, and priority support.
- Enterprise, for large teams: everything in Business, plus custom usage limits and data residency, a security review and a signed data processing agreement, annual invoicing, and a named contact for rollout.
What counts as a seat
A seat is a recruiter or coordinator who sources, sends outreach or runs screens. Interviewers who only read notes and add feedback don't need one, and on Business and Enterprise, hiring managers don't use a seat either. Deactivated people and pending invites don't use a seat.
Billing shows the seats in use next to the seats you pay for. Invite, deactivate and remove people in Team, and change the number of paid seats at checkout.
The monthly limits
| Limit | Free | Team | Business | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Open roles at once | 2 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Contact reveals, per seat a month | 25 | 400 | 1,000 | Unlimited |
| Voice-screen minutes a month | 60 | 1,000 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
| Recorded interview hours, per seat a month | 10 | 60 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Per-seat limits are shared across the workspace. A Team workspace with 3 seats has 1,200 contact reveals a month, and anyone in it can use them. Voice-screen minutes are one monthly amount for the whole workspace.
When the limits reset
The limits reset every month. Unused contact reveals don't roll over to the next month, and neither do voice-screen minutes or recorded interview hours.
What a contact reveal is
A contact reveal shows a candidate's email address and phone number. You use one when you choose Reveal contact on a profile in Sourcing. The details then stay on the profile, so opening it again doesn't use another reveal. Searching, ranking, reading profiles, shortlisting and passing don't use reveals, and outreach emails aren't one of the limits.
Sourcing still calls them contact credits in places, such as on the profile and in the message after a reveal. A contact credit and a contact reveal are the same thing.
How voice-screen minutes are counted
Minutes are the length of completed screens, pooled across the workspace each month. A screen a candidate abandons in the first minute isn't counted.
See how much is left this month
Open Billing. Usage this period shows contact reveals, voice-screen minutes and recorded interviews against your workspace's limits, and a meter turns red once 90% of a limit is used. The bottom of the sidebar shows your plan, or the days left in a trial, and opens Plans.
The 14-day Team trial
Every new workspace starts on a Team trial, with sample roles to try everything, and no card is needed. Billing shows the days left.
- To keep Team, add a card before the trial ends. Choosing Team during the trial keeps the trial, and nothing is charged until it ends.
- Choosing another paid plan ends the trial and starts that plan the same day.
- If you don't add a card or choose a paid plan, the workspace moves to Free when the trial ends. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade at any time.
Change plan, seats or billing
Compare plans in Plans, choose monthly or yearly billing, and check out. Checkout shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Changes that cost more, such as more seats or a bigger plan, start straight away. You pay the difference for the days left in the period, after credit for the time you haven't used.
- Changes that cost less, such as fewer seats, a smaller plan, monthly billing or Free, start when the current period ends, so nothing you've paid for is lost.
- Paying yearly costs 20% less on Team and Business. Moving from monthly to yearly starts a new year straight away, with credit for the unused part of the month.
To stop paying, choose Cancel plan in Billing. The plan stays until the end of the period, then the workspace moves to Free and nothing more is charged. Before you confirm, Emoti lists what stops; your roles, candidates, notes and invoices stay. Owners and admins look after billing. See Your workspace, team and roles.
Invoices and billing details
Billing lists every invoice, newest first. Open one to print it or save it as a PDF. Billing details, such as the company name, address and tax ID, are printed on every new invoice, and invoices already issued keep the details they had.
