Billing questions

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a recruiter or coordinator who sources, sends outreach or runs screens. Interviewers who only read notes and add feedback do not need one, and on Business hiring managers have free seats too.

What happens when the trial ends?

After 14 days the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade at any time.

Can I change plans or seats later?

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and are charged for the rest of the period. Downgrades and seat reductions take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

How are voice-screen minutes counted?

Minutes are the length of completed screens, pooled across the workspace each month. A screen a candidate abandons in the first minute is not counted. Unused minutes do not roll over.

What is a contact reveal?

Revealing a shortlisted candidate's email address or phone number uses one reveal. Searching, ranking and reading profiles do not. Reveals reset every month, and unused ones do not roll over.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Paying yearly costs 20% less than paying month to month on Team and Business.
