Privacy notice
Draft. This plain-language version holds the place of the reviewed document, which will replace it before Emoti is generally available.
What we handle
Account details: your name, work email, the workspace you belong to and your sign-in settings.
Workspace content: the roles, candidate profiles, messages, screen answers, recordings, transcripts and notes your team works with in Emoti.
Usage: which features are used and how much, so that plans and limits work.
Why we handle it
To provide the product your organisation signed up for, to keep it secure, and to bill for it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use workspace content to advertise.
AI processing
Some features send workspace content to language-model providers through Emoti's model gateway. Emoti admins choose the providers and can see which one handled each request.
Candidates
If a company using Emoti contacted you, screened you or interviewed you, that company decides how your information is used and how long it is kept. Ask them first; we will help them answer.
