Finding your way around
Signing in and getting to Home, the sidebar in hiring order, Quick find with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K, your plan and your menu, light and dark themes, and every settings page.
After you sign in, Emoti opens Home, and the sidebar takes you everywhere else in the order a role moves through hiring, from finding people to attracting them. On a narrow screen, open the sidebar with the menu button at the top of the page.
Sign in and get to Home
Choose Sign in at the top of emoti.ai, or open the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and password, Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Use single sign-on. Emoti then opens Home, or the page you were trying to reach. For a new password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
New to Emoti? Choose Start free or create an account. You get a 14-day Team trial with no card needed, and a short setup: your workspace, what you hire for, your calendar, your team and a first role.
The emoti.ai homepage is the public site, and the app starts at Home. If you're already signed in, Sign in on the public site takes you straight to Home.
The sidebar, in hiring order
- Home: brief the agent, pick up decisions under Needs you, see your next calls under Coming up and every role's pipeline.
- Find: Sourcing to search for people and Outreach for email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Screen: Applicants for people who applied and AI screens for first-round voice screens.
- Interview: Conversations for call notes and transcripts and Templates for note templates.
- Learn: Insights for patterns across many conversations.
- Attract: Job posts for writing job posts with live checks.
Below the groups, Open roles lists every role that isn't filled: a filled marker means Open and an outlined one means On hold. Choose a role to open its page. See Roles and the pipeline.
Quick find
Press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K anywhere in the app, or choose Find anything at the top of the sidebar. Start typing to jump to:
- a page, such as Outreach or Settings
- a role
- a conversation
- a person in the talent pool, who opens as a profile in Sourcing
Use the arrow keys to move through the results, Return to open one and Esc to close. Pressing the shortcut again closes it too.
Just below Find anything, Ask Genie (Cmd+J or Ctrl+J) opens Emoti's assistant for questions about using Emoti. See Emoti Genie, the assistant.
Your plan and your menu
The bottom of the sidebar shows your plan, or how many days are left in a trial, and opens Plans. How many contact reveals, voice-screen minutes and recorded hours are left this month is in Billing. See Plans, billing and contact reveals.
Below that, choose your name to open your menu:
- Theme: Light, Dark or Match system, which follows your device and switches when it does.
- Settings: opens your profile settings.
- Help center and How Emoti works: guides to the product.
- Sign out: takes you back to the sign-in page.
You can also change the theme in Settings > Appearance. It applies to the browser you're using.
