How Emoti works for recruiters
The hiring loop in Emoti from brief to job post, what the agent prepares at each step, what you decide, how to sign up and set up a workspace, and where each step happens in the app.
Emoti is a recruiting workspace with an AI agent built in. The agent does the repetitive work of filling a role: finding people, drafting outreach, running first-round voice screens and writing up interview notes. You brief it, review what it prepares and make every decision.
The hiring loop, step by step
The sidebar follows the order a role moves through hiring, and so does this table.
| Step | Where | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Brief | Home and each role page | Describe the role in plain words or paste a job description. The agent replies with a plan and drafts for you to review. |
| Find | Sourcing | Your brief becomes criteria you can edit. Emoti ranks the talent pool against them and shows its evidence for every match. |
| Reach out | Outreach | Email and LinkedIn sequences with a personal first line for each person. A reply stops the sequence for that person. |
| Screen | Applicants and AI screens | Inbound applicants are ranked against the role's ideal-candidate profile. AI screens are short voice interviews rated against your rubric. |
| Interview | Conversations and Templates | The notetaker joins your calls and writes notes in your template, with highlights and the full transcript. |
| Learn | Insights | Saved questions across many conversations, with weekly trends and alerts. |
| Attract | Job posts | Job posts written with live checks for wording, clarity, requirements, pay and length. |
What the agent does
- Turns a brief into search criteria and ranks people against them, with the evidence for each mark.
- Drafts outreach sequences and writes a personal first line for each person from their profile.
- Drafts AI screens, runs them by voice in the candidate's language, and rates each answer against your rubric.
- Ranks inbound applicants against each role's ideal-candidate profile.
- Writes call notes in your template, with a short summary, highlights and answers to your questions about the call.
- Lists the decisions waiting for you under Needs you on Home.
Text the agent writes is always marked, for example with "Written by Emoti".
What you decide
- The criteria and rubrics. You set them before anyone is reviewed, so every candidate is judged the same way.
- Who moves forward. You shortlist or pass, and advance, hold or reject. Emoti ranks people but never rejects anyone on its own. When you decide on one applicant at a time, Emoti keeps your reason with your name.
- What goes out. Nothing is sent to a candidate until a person approves it. New sequences and screens start as drafts, and each person's first line waits for your approval. You can edit it before you approve it.
- Which calls are recorded. You choose which calls the notetaker joins. Recording disclosure is on by default, so everyone on the call is told it's recorded.
Sign up and set up a workspace
Choose Start free on emoti.ai to create an account with your work email, Google, Microsoft or single sign-on. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day Team trial, and no card is needed. A short setup asks for your workspace name, what you hire for, your calendar, teammates to invite and a first role, and the workspace opens with sample roles and candidates so you can try everything. Already have an account? Sign in, and Emoti opens Home.
To look around first, choose Explore the demo workspace on emoti.ai. See About the demo workspace and, for prices, Plans, billing and contact reveals.
