What Emoti is
Emoti is a recruiting workspace where an AI agent does the repetitive work of filling a role and people make every decision. Who uses it, how job seekers meet it, the principles it runs on, and how to try it.
Emoti is software for hiring. Companies and recruitment agencies use it to fill roles. An AI agent does the repetitive work, such as finding people, drafting outreach, running first-round screens and taking interview notes, and the people on the hiring team review, steer and decide.
What Emoti does
Emoti follows a role through hiring, in the order the work happens:
- Find: Sourcing turns a plain-language description of the role into criteria and ranks people against them. Outreach runs multi-step email and LinkedIn sequences and tracks replies.
- Screen: Applicants ranks inbound applications against the role's ideal-candidate profile. AI screens runs short voice interviews that candidates take on their own schedule.
- Interview: Conversations holds recorded calls with AI notes, highlights and transcripts. Templates decide what the notes cover for each kind of call.
- Learn and attract: Insights finds patterns across many conversations. The Job posts editor checks a post for clear, inclusive wording and a pay range as you write.
On Home, you brief the agent in your own words. It replies with a short plan and drafts for you to review, and it doesn't send anything by itself.

How job seekers come across Emoti
Most people who hear about Emoti have never used it themselves. You might meet it when:
- A recruiter found your profile while searching for a role and wrote to you.
- You applied for a job, and the company reviews its applications in Emoti.
- You were invited to an AI voice screen. The page says "Interview run by Emoti" at the bottom.
- An interview was recorded by Emoti's notetaker, which shows in the call's participant list.
You don't need an Emoti account for any of this. The company that contacted you runs the process and makes the decisions, so questions about your application go to them. Start with How Emoti works for job seekers.
Is Emoti a recruitment agency?
No. Emoti isn't a recruitment agency or a job board. It's software that companies and agencies use to run their own hiring. If you've been contacted about a role, the company or agency named in the message is the one recruiting, and it's the right place for questions about the job.
The principles behind Emoti
- People make every decision. The agent ranks, drafts and summarizes. A person decides who to contact and who moves forward.
- Nothing reaches a candidate without a person approving it. Outreach waits for a recruiter to approve each personal first line, and a screen invite goes out only when someone on the team sends it.
- AI-written text is always marked, so the team can tell it apart from what people wrote.
- Everyone is judged the same way. The criteria for a search and the rubric for a screen are written down before anyone is reviewed.
- Recording is disclosed. By default, Emoti tells everyone on a call that it's being recorded.
- Candidates are told when AI is involved. An AI screen says an AI interviewer asks the questions, and candidates confirm that before they start.
