Sharing notes and collections
Share a call's notes by link as a read-only page, find notes teammates shared with you, group calls into collections, and archive conversations you're done with.
Notes are most useful when the right people read them. Share a call's notes by link, keep related calls together in collections, and archive the ones you're done with. All of it starts in Conversations.
Share notes by link
- Open the conversation and choose Share.
- Choose Copy to copy the link, then send it to the hiring manager or whoever needs it.
- To see exactly what they'll see, choose Preview shared page.
You can also choose Copy share link from the menu beside any conversation in the list, or on the conversation page.
What the shared page shows
The link opens a read-only page with:
- who shared it and which role it's for
- the title, kind of call, date, length and the names of the people on the call
- In short, the note's sections and the highlights, each with its time and quote
The transcript and recording stay private to your workspace. If you'd rather paste the notes somewhere, such as your ATS or an email, choose Copy notes on the Notes tab instead. It copies the note as it is now, including your edits.
Notes shared with you
Shared with me lists the notes your teammates have shared with you, with who each one is from. Search titles, notes and transcripts, or filter by kind of call and role, the same way as in My conversations.
Group calls into collections
A collection groups conversations, for example the finalists for one role to walk a hiring manager through, or well-run interviews to use for interviewer training.
- To create one, choose New beside Collections, under the tabs at the top of Conversations. Give it a name and an optional description, then choose Create collection.
- To add a call, open the menu beside it and choose a collection under Add to collection. A tick shows which collections it's already in; choose it again to take the call out.
- New collection in the same menu creates a collection and adds the call in one step.
- Open a collection from the row under the tabs. The number beside each name is how many calls it holds.
Collections don't have a share link of their own. To show someone the calls in a collection, share each conversation's link.
Archive a conversation
Choose Archive from a conversation's menu to take it out of My conversations. Archiving doesn't delete anything: turn on Show archived to see archived calls, and choose Unarchive to move one back.
